Just a little something!

It has been forever since I have paper pieced anything!  The precision with paper piecing is incredible and if you have not tried it I encourage you to give this sweet Sewing Machine pattern pattern a go.  It was designed by Meg from Monkey Beans and is free!  This sweet and easy paper pieced block is perfect for a quilt guild name tag or pincushion or a tiny little mini quilt!

I used Liberty of London lawn fabric, one strip from a Zen Chic for Moda jelly roll, and Aurifil 50wt for the stitching and 12wt for the embroidery.  I added the Aurifil 50wt spool in a beautiful blue!  Now to decide what to make next!

What are you sewing?
