Eeeeep! I love this block!

Hands up...who had one of these as a kid? ME, I did!!! Way better than any video game was the View Master viewfinder!!!! I loved mine so much and wanted all of those reels. Pure AWESOMENESS!!! I have been wanting to try a block that looks like the reels for quite some time and finally worked up the nerve!




This is the result!!!!! 

Far from perfect and a complete sew as you go project but it is a good start for me and I will be working on a tutorial VERY soon!!!!

  27. Yup, us kids had one too, I remember bigs bunny in 3D. But what I really wanted to share, when I first saw this, I thought of....a Christmas tree skirt, and in the viewfinder, fabric photo prints on past Christmas mornings.
