ReplyDeleteThis summer we are doing some long overdo house improvements. With the dollar that will be left over a day at the beach will be on order.
ReplyDeleteThis summer we are planning a short vacation to the mountains (like an hour and a half away from where we live) just to get away from everything. And I'm also planning to try my best to focus more on getting my dream business started! (wish me luck!!!)

ReplyDeleteI'm having a baby this summer, so the time will be spent finishing up prep work for his arrival, including finishing his baby quilt! :) But I do plan to take my two older boys for walks and ice cream. That's my favorite summer activity! :)

ReplyDeleteWhen my children were little I would organise each week in a theme e.g book week, food week, art week, museum week. Every day after lunch was quiet time for an hour when they all went to their room to nap or read quietly while I did the same.

ReplyDeleteI'm always looking for fun things to do in the summer with my grand kids. Last year they made zip toiletry and matching laundry bags. This summer they all want special one of a kind "Nana" style zip tablet cases. Mine is pretty cool, if I do say so myself, but now they all want one!
