I have spent most of this morning looking at these fabrics
I used all except the dots in this duvet cover for Adam's bed. Now he needs a sham to make it look finished :o)
I have decided on a half square triangle zig zag that I found on Diary of a Quilter which is brilliant!
Put it up on the board and Marylin does not look impressed. I think something is missing...
I took the board outside to get a look in natural light ( sewing room is a northern facing room so not great light) and I *think* I like the blue dots even though they are not in the cover.
Suggestions please!

I think the dots add visual interest and work even without being in the duvet cover. Love the print on the cover!
Love the blue dots! Do you mind if I ask what you made your design board out of? It is fantastic!sem
Thanks so much for the direction! I am going with the dots!!!!!
Cherie, The board is a simple wood frame that was put together with some 1x2's and some corner brackets ( not sure what else to call them). Covered with batting and white flannel using a handy dandy staple gun to secure it to the frame. Really lightweight so I can move it around if I need to see things in a different light. Hope this helps :o)
I have nothing constructive to add, but I LOVE the way Marilyn looks at your design board; almost like she's critiquing the work, BRILLIANT!
I like the dots a lot, but then I always think dots go well in every project, lol! Love me some polka dots
Thanks a million for the design board info! I really appreciate it!
I really like the dots. They add a little texture. Go for it! Thanks for linking up to WIP Wednesday. : )
