Sew Good Blog Hop New York Beauty Style

So excited that today is MY DAY for the Sew Good Blog Hop featuring the delightfully cheerful Sew Good Fabric Collection by Deb at Fish Museum and Circus for Windham Fabrics!

Since it has been a billion years since Quilt Market has happened, blog hops are a great way to see the fabrics in different projects from different designers to discover how wonderful they are in projects! Sfter MUCH deliberation. Really I was hard pressed to choose ONE project that would show all of the fabulous colors together. Then I realized that there is one that would show 95% of them. A New York Beauty!

I went to my favorite site for free (the best 4 letter f word EVER) New York Beauty patterns and printed out Block 6.

It was easy to choose the colors that I would be using because, I honestly could not have chosen incorrectly! They are all gorgeous!

There are no washed out colors in this bunch! Puree happiness and joy with every colorway!

I set up in my tv room and went to town on my Bernina while watching Jane the Virgin (again). It is my go to when I am binge sewing. It has amazing writing and is really funny!

I had completely forgotten how curved piecing works and used a million pins!

This will be made into a pillow or a bag, I have not decided yet. Let me know in the comments what you would make with this block! I need some help!!!!

Don't miss out on any of of the incredible projects being made during the blog hop! Please go and visit each of there remarkable designers to see more:

Wow, Kim! What an awesome block! How are you going to quilt it? If you want someone to go wild with it, let me know!

Such a fantastic block. I would have made a bag. Just think of walking around with it in the city!

Have you made one of the project bags yet with the clear vinyl window & zipper? Great way to show a single beautiful block.

Hi all, I have recently found this project and was wondering if it is possible to take part in making this beautiful quilt. If so where can I purchase the pattern. Thank you xx
